POMMARU accounts are for grown-ups. Sign in with ChatGPT, then choose a display name and activate your account. We store the account identifier and email supplied by sign-in, your display name, optional update consent, adult preferences, addresses, support conversations, future adventure interest and ownership entitlements, saved items, cart and order records. We do not request children’s names, locations, photographs or recordings.

Your account records are stored on the server and can be accessed across devices when you sign in with the same ChatGPT account. Each customer can access their own records. Authorised POMMARU staff can access adult customer records according to their role, orders, entitlements, conversations and internal support notes through a protected CRM. Optional marketing consent is recorded separately from service messages. Consented announcements can appear within My POMMARU; email delivery is not active. We record coarse adult account-page visits and the last account visit for relationship analytics. We do not record individual Secret Mission histories. Optional first-party anonymous website analytics start only when you choose “Allow analytics”. We store daily aggregate page views, approximate visits, active viewing time, key navigation clicks, broad referral categories, device/browser categories and country codes. We do not store IP addresses, full referrers, search terms, account identifiers or child activity in these reports. Counts exclude people who decline, blocked scripts and recognised bots, and cannot identify unique people. Dates use UTC. Your choice is stored on your browser; a temporary tab marker estimates visits after 30 minutes of inactivity. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. No tracking runs inside My POMMARU, the admin workspace or Secret Missions. The site does not include third-party advertising or embedded social feeds. Website images, styles and scripts are served with the site. The Explorer List form submits to Brevo as described below. The hosting service may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure pages.

POMMARU Help

The POMMARU-faced help panel provides prepared answers from our website FAQs. It does not use live generative AI. FAQ searches run in your browser and are not transmitted or saved as chat transcripts. For individual help, use My POMMARU Messages. Please do not enter child information or sensitive personal details into the help search.

Explorer List

The Explorer List is for grown-ups aged 18 or over. You can join at our standalone email signup page without signing in or creating a My POMMARU account. Signup does not create an account. The website invitation asks for an email address and adult/email permission, then submits your email directly from your browser to our Brevo-hosted signup form. We do not add these new emails to the earlier website signup list. Brevo receives the technical request information associated with your browser submission. Brevo processes the signup and any confirmation emails, keeps subscription records and handles email delivery and unsubscribe links. Follow the confirmation instructions shown by Brevo; submitting the form alone does not prove that you have confirmed your email. You can unsubscribe through links in POMMARU marketing emails. We do not collect mobile numbers in this form and SMS updates are not active. See Brevo’s privacy policy for its data processing information.

Earlier requests collected directly on this website remain in our protected admin list, awaiting verification. They are not automatically imported to Brevo. Private preferences links issued for those earlier requests stop only their website-recorded permissions; they do not unsubscribe a separate Brevo subscription. Staff can help through My POMMARU Messages. The website admin list and Brevo are not automatically synchronised.

The 5% welcome benefit is reserved for the first eligible direct website product order when purchasing opens, subject to the terms in the invitation. No discount code is redeemable yet. Future lounge interest does not grant membership or free access. The invitation uses browser storage to remember dismissal for 14 days and to suppress automatic prompts for earlier website signups. This is separate from optional website analytics. Other than submitting this signup to Brevo, the website does not load Brevo tracking scripts.

Pre-release status

The book shown is a latest supplied layout preview. Its artwork, print specification and contents remain subject to final approval. Purchasing and book-linked QR experiences are not open.

Future purchasing

Pricing, delivery information, returns terms and adult customer contact details will be provided when purchasing opens. Payments are currently closed. When configured, payments use Stripe-hosted checkout and POMMARU records the resulting order; card details are not stored in the POMMARU account database. You can download your account information from My POMMARU. You can request account closure or data deletion through Messages under Account help. Final commerce and privacy policies must be approved before purchasing opens.
